The problem

Registries were built for a services era.

01

Priced like a consultancy

Per-NPI fees plus onboarding plus “premium support”; a 50-provider group can spend $15k–$25k/yr just to submit.

02

Black-box scoring

You learn your score after submission; missed thresholds surface too late to fix.

03

Data hostage dynamics

Raw extracts live in the vendor's warehouse; leaving means starting over.

How it works

Four steps. Zero meetings.

  1. 01

    Push your data

QRDA I, QRDA III, CSV, or FHIR bundles. Raw source data stays in your systems.

  2. 02

    Pilot validates

TIN/NPI eligibility checks, measure mapping, gap flags with exact blocking elements.

  3. 03

    Preview your score

Real-time estimate before submission; re-push and watch it move.

  4. 04

    Submit + archive

One-click CMS submission, receipts, 6-year compliance archive, auto-generated audit packet.

Meet Pilot

An AI agent that does the registry's job.

Pilot maps measures, validates files, chases missing documentation, delivers required quarterly performance feedback, assembles audit packets, and answers support questions — 24/7, in plain English, with citations to the measure spec.

Why is measure 236 stuck at 61%?

P

Measure 236 (Controlling High Blood Pressure) is at 61.4% against a 71% decile-7 target. 34 encounters are missing a second BP reading in the visit window — closing 22 of them moves you above the target and adds an estimated 3.1 points to your score. Source: 2026 measure spec, CMS236v7.

Assemble the audit packet for TIN ••••4182.

P

Done. The packet contains the 30-record validation sample, matched source documentation for 27 records, submission receipts, your e-signed BAA and CMS authorization, and the validation log. 3 records still need documentation — I've queued requests to the two uploaders on that TIN.

Anything I need to do before the deadline?

P

The submission window closes March 31. You have 4 NPIs with open gaps and 1 NPI awaiting a first push. At your current pace you'll be submission-ready by February 12 — I'll remind you weekly and flag any NPI that slips.

Pricing

The low-cost leader — on purpose.

We're cheap because Pilot does the work, not because we cut corners. One flat price. Everything included. Cancel before submission and pay nothing.

Compliance & data handling

We keep only what CMS makes us keep.

As a third-party intermediary, we're required to retain submitted MIPS data and authorization records for six years. So we designed around it: your raw extracts stay in your environment, and QPPilot retains only the minimal submission archive, validation results, and audit trail — encrypted, in US Azure regions, under your e-signed BAA.

Minimal archive

Submission payloads, authorizations, validation results, audit trail. Nothing else.

US data residency

Encrypted at rest and in transit, hosted in US Azure regions.

Audit-ready

Validation sample, documentation chase, and audit packet assembled automatically.

Quarterly feedback

Required performance feedback delivered four times per performance year.

QPPilot is built to CMS Qualified Registry standards and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CMS. QPP, MIPS, and QCDR are programs of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
